Shipping & discretion
Plain answers about how fast your order arrives, how it's packed, and what shows up on your statement.
Shipping times
- Orders placed before 2pm ET ship the same business day. After that, the next business day.
- Standard delivery arrives in 3–6 business days once it leaves our warehouse.
- Shipping is $6.95, or free on orders over $75. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico add $8.
- You'll get a tracking email as soon as your parcel is on the move.
Discreet packaging
- Everything ships in a plain, unbranded box or padded mailer. No logos, no imagery, no wording about what's inside.
- The label shows only a neutral return name and address — nothing that names a product or category.
- Packing slips list quantities and order numbers only. There are no product photos anywhere in the box.
- Nothing about the parcel tells a neighbor, roommate or mail carrier what you ordered.
Discreet billing
- Your card statement shows a neutral descriptor: ATM RETAIL — nothing more.
- Order confirmation emails are sent from a neutral sender name with no product details in the subject line.
- We never sell or share your details, and we don't add you to mailing lists you didn't ask for.
