How to use
Slide thicker bars over thin center bar and line up holes. Separate looped screws from caps. Thread screws through holes and fasten with caps. Attach wrist and/or ankle cuffs to bar as desired. CARE: Wipe with damp cloth if needed. Air dry only. Not machine washable.
